Purchase data: product purchased, amount, currency, transaction IDs, last-4 of card (Stripe stores full card data, not us).

Assessment data: your DiSC®/Agile EQ™ profile, module progress, and comparisons hosted on Wiley’s Catalyst™ platform.

Communications: emails, messages, and coaching scheduling details.

Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device, pages viewed, approximate location, cookies or similar tech.

2) How we use information

Deliver assessments, coaching, workshops, and support.

Process payments and send confirmations/receipts.

Provide access to Catalyst™ and related learning.

Schedule sessions and send reminders/updates.

Improve content and site experience (analytics).

Meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

We share data with service providers to operate our services:

Assessment platform: Wiley’s Catalyst™ (Everything DiSC® / Agile EQ™).

Email & analytics: tools we use to send email and understand site usage.
We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed/stored in countries other than yours. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method is 100% secure.

7) Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide services and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., tax records), then delete or anonymize it.
