Terms of Use

1) Services

We provide professional coaching, training, and assessments, including Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™, Agile EQ™, and team programs such as The Five Behaviors®.

2) Purchases & billing

Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Taxes may apply.

3) Delivery

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with login credentials and a secure link to take the assessment, plus simple instructions. You’ll also receive scheduling information for your coach debrief where applicable.

4) Refunds & cancellations

Individual assessments are refundable within 48 hours of purchase and before activation. Activation occurs when your login email is sent.
Once activated or a debrief occurs, purchases are non-refundable.
You may reschedule coaching sessions up to 24 hours in advance; missed or late (10+ minutes) sessions may be marked as used.

5) No professional advice

Our content and coaching are educational. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

6) Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting account credentials.

7) Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services (e.g., reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized distribution, or infringing content). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8) Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Advisory Lighthouse or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Everything DiSC®, Catalyst™, Agile EQ™, and The Five Behaviors® are trademarks of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and/or its affiliates.

9) Third-party services

We integrate with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Wiley). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.

15) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
