What’s included in the $300 Discovery Session?

You’ll take Everything DiSC® and meet 1:1 with a certified practitioner for 60 minutes. We’ll translate your profile into 2–3 practical moves for the week ahead and share a one-page action plan.

How is the Transformation Package different from Discovery?

Discovery gives you the assessment + one debrief and an action plan. Transformation adds 6 bi-weekly coaching sessions, check-ins, and light prompts so you build habits and see measurable traction over ~90 days.

What happens after I pay?

Right after purchase, we email your secure link to take the assessment. You’ll also receive a link to book your practitioner debrief and a brief overview of what to expect.

How long does the assessment take?

Most people finish in 30–45 minutes.

Do you support remote or hybrid teams?

Assessments, team comparisons, and workshops run smoothly online. We also support on-site options for larger teams (quote on request).

What’s your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and before taking the assessment. Activation occurs when we send your assessment login email. After activation or once a debrief occurs, purchases are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my coaching session?

You can move your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time. Missed or late arrivals (10+ minutes) may be marked as used so we can keep availability fair.

How do you handle payments, receipts, and privacy?

We use Stripe for payments and email a receipt automatically. Your DiSC® data is hosted on Wiley’s Catalyst™ platform; we never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
